In standard implementation Teams are managed manually.
Manager role can create, edit and delete Team name as well as attach Team to a user.
Team email address
Team email is an optional attribute that will enable sending notifications to distribution email of a Team, if the team is assigned as an executor of the task till “Ready” status.
MS Active Directory Teams management
It is possible to configure on-premise TaskControl to connect to MS AD LDAP and receive information about user Team from MS AD User object attribute. Attribute “Department” is used by default.
