Each user has communication fields in the profile of an email (mandatory) and phone number (optional). These communication methods are used to notify user about four main events:
- Plan is published where the user is involved
- Plan is started where the user is involved
- Task is ready and the user is requested to start the task and initiate appropriate action
- Plan is finished where the user was involved.
For each of the events, the user can setup if an email, text message or mobile notification (obsolete) shall be sent.
