Users

User of the TaskControl is a person with active account for webaccess or mobile application. User must be authenticated to prove his/her identity and authorized to access TaskControl with a right role and privileges to perform operations on data.

Logical roles

Users in TaskControl are principally those who:

• organize other people’s work and coordinate tasks (role Manager)
• follow planning, timing and activities succession to start, execute and confirm finish of a task (role Executor)
• have access to view plans and their progress (role Guest).

Access

Users can access TaskControl view webbrowser and Executors can also work in started plan in Mobile client.
