Users
User of the TaskControl is a person with active account for webaccess or mobile application. User must be authenticated to prove his/her identity and authorized to access TaskControl with a right role and privileges to perform operations on data.
Logical roles
Users in TaskControl are principally those who:
- organize other people’s work and coordinate tasks (role Manager)
- follow planning, timing and activities succession to start, execute and confirm finish of a task (role Executor)
- have access to view plans and their progress (role Guest).
Access
Users can access TaskControl view in webbrowser on a computer. The view is also compatible with small mobile phone screen.
