It is possible to import and export a Plan using MS Excel interchange format.
File format is available when exporting any existing Template or existing Plan.

The Excel file contains all information that is used in Plans/Templates

• in header – metadata about Plan Name, Category, Manager and timing
• in body – data about TaskGroups, Tasks and all their details.

The body file format uses one line per Task or Taskgroup. Indexes are used to link Taskgroups to parent Taskgroups and to link Tasks to parent Taskgroups.

Users and Teams are represented by Name and Surname rather than by Unique ID for convenience. This allows possible ambiguities, if a duplicate user name is used. First user with the name in Users table is imported as Task Executor.
