Before running a plan, you shall use the Attendance view of Plan to show who:
- who saw the plan (Logged On column)
- who signed up for Tasks (User, Tasks)
- timeframe of Executors or Teams in Plan (Needed From, To)
- Tasks with no Executor (table Missing Attendance Tasks)
It serves as a high-level overview about participation for the Manager in the future plan.
From the audit perspective, if the user received information by e-mail about the publication of the plan (see Notification) and in Attendance it can be seen that he reviewed his tasks, no further communication is needed and the Executor cannot deny ackonwledgement of the plan.
Reassignment
Second column Reassign allows bulk changes in a Plan to replace a Group by individual Executor or person by another person.
This is a useful feature to quickly deal with a missing collaborator or replacement.
Reassing can be used during all the Plan statuses but only not started Tasks will be affected by the Executor reassignment.
