Before running a plan, you shall use the Attendance view of Plan to show who:

• who saw the plan (Logged on column)
• who signed up for Tasks
• timeframe of Executors or Teams in Plan
• Tasks with no Executor

It can be seen which Tasks do not have an Executor with them in the sense of Orphaned.

It serves as a good overview for the Manager about participating in the future plan.

From the audit perspective, if the user received information by e-mail about the publication of the plan (see Notification) and in Attendance it can be seen that he reviewed his tasks, no further communication is needed and the Executor cannot deny ackonwledgement of the plan.
