Each user has communication fields in the profile of an email (mandatory) and phone number (optional). These communication methods are used together with mobile client to notify user about four main events:

• Plan is published where the user is involved
• Plan is started where the user is involved
• Task is ready and the user is requested to start the task and initiate appropriate action
• Plan is finished where the user was involved.

For each of the events, the user can setup if an email, text message or mobile notification shall be sent.
