The Message Board functionality through the Messages envelope icon in the plan header serves the Plan Manager to send a quick message to the screen to all involved.

The message will be displayed briefly to everyone for a few seconds as an overlay window over the screen.

Usually this function is used for quick information about problems, exceptions, etc.

Messages remain available to all users in the header, similar to the messages available for individual tasks.
