How TaskControl works

TaskControl is based on our experience with the implementation of over 160 transformation projects. It meets the needs of coordinators and managers who were lacking a tool to automatically delegate tasks and manage staff, groups and suppliers.
HOW CAN YOU EFFECTIVELY ORGANIZE TEAM MEMBERS, MONITOR ALL ACTIVITIES IN REAL TIME AND CONTINUALLY PERFECT YOUR PLAN?
STEP 1
Create participant profiles. Create user accounts manually or by integrating your AD, it’s up to you. Assign all users appropriate authorizations and place them in corresponding teams. The number of users doesn’t matter.
STEP 2
Create a task template. Do you already have a similar list of activities needed to carry out a plan compiled in Excel? You can import it with a click. Do you use a tool for project management? Easily integrate it through API.
STEP 3
Adjust the schedule. Before launching your plan you can easily edit templates with colleagues. Moreover, you can flexibly adjust it even after implementation. This way, you will gradually perfect your routine plan.
STEP 4
Set a D day and launch your plan. From this day forward organization and monitoring will take place automatically. Thanks to notifications, everyone will know exactly what they need to do and when and the entire team will know the ongoing status of activities.
