Attendance of Executors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Before running a plan, you shall use the Attendance view of Plan to show who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>who saw the plan (Logged On column)<\/li>\n<li>who signed up for Tasks (User, Tasks)<\/li>\n<li>timeframe of Executors or Teams in Plan (Needed From, To)<\/li>\n<li>Tasks with no Executor (table Missing Attendance Tasks)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><!--ScriptorStartFragment--><\/p>\n<div class=\"scriptor-paragraph\">It is apparent <strong>which Tasks are Orphaned<\/strong> due to the absence of an Executor.<!--ScriptorEndFragment--><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>It serves as a <strong>high-level overview <span style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal;\">about participation<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>for the Manager\u00a0 in the future plan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>From the audit perspective, if the user received information by e-mail about the publication of the plan (see <a href=\"https:\/\/taskcontrol.cz\/docs\/en-docs-taskcontrol\/mobile-client\/notifications\/\">Notification<\/a>) and in Attendance it can be seen that he reviewed his tasks, no further communication is needed and the Executor cannot deny ackonwledgement of the plan.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4030\" src=\"https:\/\/taskcontrol.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/attendance.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1089\" height=\"428\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Reassignment<\/h2>\n<p>Second column <em>Reassign<\/em> allows bulk changes in a Plan to replace a Group by individual Executor or person by another person.<br \/>\nThis is a useful feature to quickly deal with a missing collaborator or replacement.<br \/>\nReassing can be used during all the Plan statuses but only not started Tasks will be affected by the Executor
