Tasks and Task Groups Structure<\/h2>\n

Plan is composed of tasks, which are naturally sorted in chronological order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It is usually advantageous to have one task as the start and one as the end<\/strong>, for which the Plan Manager confirms, that the other steps can actually begin and that everything is actually finished.<\/p>\n

It is advisable to use milestones<\/strong> as Tasks with zero duration, to which, for example, the next phases of the plan \/ project are linked.

Collapsing Task Groups<\/h2>\n

Tasks are grouped according to topics \/ activities into Task Groups if necessary for clarity and possibility of collapsing parts of the plan.<\/p>\n

On the example below the Neste Group and Second Group are collapsed:
